Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to enhance our product's user experience. This role involves understanding customer and business needs to design intuitive and scalable solutions. By joining our team, you will collaborate with fellow designers, product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to craft exceptional experiences that drive user satisfaction and business success.
Responsibilities
Partner with product management and engineering to develop a cohesive product strategy and roadmap.
Gain deep insights into customer behaviors and needs to design effective and engaging journey scenarios and interaction flows.
Own the design process from ideation through prototyping, user testing, and final production, with a keen focus on optimizing user experience.
Conduct and apply user research to make informed design decisions, iterating on designs to refine and validate usability.
Translate designs into components and specifications for our design system.
Enhance the output quality of the Product Design team by providing timely feedback and ensuring consistency with design guidelines.
Qualifications
Essential:
5+ years of experience in Product / UX/UI design within complex digital environments.
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
Demonstrated skills in design fundamentals such as color theory, composition, and typography.
Proficient in executing the full design process using various design, research, and prototyping methods.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Ability to adapt quickly and maintain organization in a dynamic work environment.
Keen ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
Desirable:
Experience with tools like Pendo for analyzing user interactions.
Background in graphic design.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
