In the Cisco Webex Platform Analytics design team, we are passionate about delivering outstanding data and AI experiences to both end users and IT admins. To make it happen, you will: Apply your talent and design skills to craft seamless, end-to-end user experiences and implement in a fast-paced environment of ambiguity Design innovative and highly usable interaction flows for a variety of personas and you'll contribute and work with a design system for data visualization Thrive in a constructive environment for teamwork, idea exploration, and creativity Design and troubleshoot products that are related to big data analytics Who You'll Work With As a Product Designer, you will work with a global design & product org across different continents and time zones and engage with users and customers to gather feedback and drive continual improvement to our products. You'll collaborate closely with other designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers to take your designs from concept to real product.
Who You Are Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field 1 + years of experience working as UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer Portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design process, mature design thinking, and both interaction & visual design Preferred Qualifications 3 + years of work experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer Master's degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field Keen understanding of usability principles and strategic design thinking with a passion for delivering a quality product, all the way to our end users Ability to balance multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines Strong written and verbal communication Creative problem-solving skills Proficient in Figma Prototyping skills Data visualization experience AI product experience Why Cisco? #WeAreCisco.
