Job Description LB Marketing / Police Security Flashlights is seeking a full-time Product Development Associate. We are seeking an experienced, team-oriented individual with a passion for organization and consumer products who understands the importance of representing our company effectively, Located in Alpharetta, GA, You will work in the office in a supportive, team-oriented environment. You will play a vital role in assisting the operations management team with various tasks and projects related to the quoting process, supplier management, product management, product-related marketing material review and product data setup/maintenance. You will be required to perform a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist the Director of Operations in quote requests from suppliers and cost calculation Communicate with overseas suppliers to solve operational issues Product management, track project milestones and take part in product development meetings. Work closely with engineering team to ensure project timelines are met. Communicate new product offerings and updates to cross-functional teams. Assist with product sourcing, research and development Support ongoing product maintenance and improvement projects Assist the art and marketing departments in reviewing product-related files. Product data maintenance New item set up Skills and Qualifications Must have some experience working for a consumer products company in either a product development, operational, or supply chain role. Experience working with overseas suppliers Project management skills Excellent cross-department communication and interpersonal skills, Mandarin Chinese is a plus Basic Microsoft suite skills; Excel, PowerPoint and Word Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task effectively Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
