Summary: The Product Development Coordinator reports to the Product Development Manager and is responsible for supporting the management of Prime's data center portfolio through the due-diligence, entitlement, design, and preconstruction permitting processes. The Product Development Coordinator will regularly interact with key internal and external stakeholders to include, vendors, Designers, Engineers, Consultants, and PDC stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Provide project management support for multiple data center development projects including but not limited to updating budgets, schedules, and status reports for each project.Develop, maintain, and present monthly predevelopment and project status dashboards for review of senior leadership which highlight progress and areas of opportunity for improvement and cost-to-date versus project budget analysisAct as a liaison between Prime departments and external consultants to create master development programs for potential opportunities and updates to existing programs utilizing standard design prototypes.Support the entitlement process including rezoning efforts, land development approvals, wetland mitigations, building permits, and all other specific local AHJ processes and required approvalsIdentify opportunities to partner with local jurisdictions for expedited permitting optionsWork with construction project manager team on needed permit dates & coordinate with construction teams as appropriateWrite scopes of work to support development work design, construction, commissioning services & participate in procurement and project cost estimatesSupport the evaluation, leveling of pricing proposals, and creating scopes of work for any external consultants required to complete predevelopment activitiesEstablish, maintain, and drive project schedules and manage teams to on-time completionOther duties as assigned.Travel up to 15% Skills and Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in project managementHighly organized and driven to solve problemsProficiency in Office365 requiredMicrosoft Project, Asana (or other PM software), and Procore a plusStrong communication, both oral and written, and interpersonal skillsStrong time management abilities Benefits: Competitive salary and performance bonus program401k fully vested upon enrollment, up to a 4% employer matchEmployee premiums 100% employer paid for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurancePaid Time Off Salary Range: $65k-75K Prime is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
