This position within the Prostate Portfolio Marketing Team will be responsible for the development and implementation of market access strategies supporting ERLEADA and AKEEGA.
In this role you will craft market access strategies across channels to drive access, affordability, and persistency for ERLEADA and AKEEGA patients, as well as drive field execution of market access messaging.
The Product Director will work closely with multiple functions including Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS), Government Affairs, Policy and Advocacy, Franchise Marketing, Sales, Sales Training, Business Analytics, Medical Affairs, RWV&E, R&D, and outside vendors to optimally complete key commercial activities.
Position Description:
Lead development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals
Develop differentiated market access assets and solutions for relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to, Population Health Decision Makers that address identified brand opportunities
Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO), Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS), Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, and other key internal business partners
Lead development and implementation of insight-based payer and access marketing strategies at both national and regional levels.
Develop content with learning and development team for sales meetings and ongoing field development to support brand strategies
Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team
Qualifications
A minimum Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields.
Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
Excellent verbal, written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.

Experience with product launch
Experience in oncology
