JOB DESCRIPTIONOwn our Client's Technical Product Onboarding experience end to end! Use your Project Management expertise to manage complex technical treasury product implementations for JPMorgan Chase Clients from around the world.
As a Product Implementation officer within Commercial & Investment Banking, you will be responsible for the overall client experience and project management of technical commercial product implementations. Partner with client and internal stakeholders to help provide a best-in-class experience. In this role you are often the clients first true experience working with JPMorgan Chase.
Job Responsibilities Own the product implementation and training experience for your assigned clientsMeet and connect with clients through Zoom, Email and other collaborative technologiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations and Product ManagementManage client and partner expectations and understanding throughout the implementation processImplement mixed payable solutions and support our clients with file mapping exercisesWork with partners in Operations and Product Management to streamline processesIdentify instances of business risk and show ownership of issues when they ariseScope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury servicesUse Microsoft Office tools to document meeting agendas and minutes and project plans. Use of workflow tool for status updates and document repositoryDemonstrate creative problem solving and judgement and be empowered to escalate when necessaryManage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectationsRequired Qualifications, skills and capabilities An appreciation for being a 'keeper of our brand' with 6+ years of applicable experience and a passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experienceTechnical project management experience or experience with complex treasury implementations and comfort in a fast paced, dynamic client-facing environmentAbility to clearly communicate, partner and influence - leading others to a common goalExhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established SLAComfort in using technology such as WebEx, Zoom and other collaboration tools for enhanced client discussionsExperience in coaching or mentoring employees and proven ability to successfully manage conflictStrategic thinking with the ability to adapt to changeMicrosoft Office Suite experience and project Management, Payments and Receivables experience or eagerness to learnTechnical Consulting or business analysis experience in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), systems integration or Application Programming Interface (API) spacePreferred qualifications, skills and capabilities Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts DegreePassion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trendsTechnical client consulting experience to support technical rolesPMP or other Project Management CertificationsJoining our diverse and innovative global organization will provide you with endless opportunities for career and personal growth.
