The Opportunity: The Product Infrastructure Engineer will be critical in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure supporting our core live shopping and marketplace platforms. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems to provide seamless experiences for our users.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement infrastructure solutions to support product requirements, including compute, storage, and networking
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and management of services
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining performance and scalability
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to plan and implement new features and infrastructure improvements
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Develop and maintain inhouse middlewares help with rollout
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to infrastructure incidents
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure architecture and processes
Qualifications: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (We have teams in North America and Asia)
4+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or a related field
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Bash, or similar
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
