Basics The Kendra Scott Internship experience is a 9-week, paid program with the requirement to be in Austin, TX.
The internship will begin on June 2nd and end July 31st.
This is a full-time, 40/hour a week, in person opportunity.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Product Management and UX teams.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working on real projects that impact our product development lifecycle.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are not only functional but also user-friendly and aligned with business goals.


Responsibilities: Assist Product Managers in gathering and analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights.Contribute to product roadmaps by helping to prioritize features and improvements based on user feedback.Work with UX Designers to conduct user research, usability testing, and create wireframes or prototypes.Help define product requirements and write clear documentation for features or user stories.Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative solutions to product challenges.Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and product performance metrics.Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders on project updates and findings. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Strong interest in product management, UX design, and technology.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to think both strategically and creatively.Basic understanding of user-centered design principles is a plus.Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a bonus.
