ChampionX has an immediate need for a Product Management Director located in The Woodlands, TX.
As a Product Management Director, you will be responsible for lifecycle management of all ChampionX Emissions Technologies products.
Within this role you will be a key contributor to product innovations driving profitable revenue growth.
Also, you will strategize and implement plans that differentiate ChampionX Emissions from its competitors.

What You Will Do:
Portfolio ManagementProduct line management
Own and drive product and technology roadmaps; manage product introduction and obsolescence management.
Responsible for executing activities as directly related to managing the performance of the existing product portfolio, including product rationalization, productivity enhancements, and supply chain assurance.
Track and report on product line performance metrics and facilitate corrective actions.Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.Support the execution of the programs and tactics established as part of the strategic / synchronized business planning, including creating and implementing strategies and plans for products and programs.Supports innovation teams and contribute to the Phase Gate process.Work Closely with ChampionX Digital and R&D teams to drive innovation and launch new products.
Supply Chain Liaison
Determine and execute effective solutions for product related issues such as forecasting of product sales for each segment, resolving product supply issues, and coordinating alternative solutions for product related issues.Logistics and Supply Chain liaison, including but not limited to order management, manufacturing, scheduling collaboration, customer quality and supplier surveys.
Gross Margin Improvement
Price management and margin analysis.Work with product line leaders to look for margin improvement opportunities; responsible for helping those teams drive and track project results.Manage talent needs and develop a robust team.Leverage cross functional groups to align knowledge of customer needs with existing and future technology capabilities.Consistent ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated success initiating change and an ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Environmental Engineering, Atmospheric Sciences, Business, or related field, and 10+ years of experience in a business-to-business environment.A deep understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and market dynamics is important.
Should be able to assess the financial viability of strategic initiatives and evaluate their impact on the organization's bottom line.Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively articulate complex ideas and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Should be able to build relationships, influence decision-making, and drive alignment across different departments and levels of the organization.The ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration is critical.
Should be able to inspire and motivate others, build consensus, and facilitate effective teamwork towards achieving strategic goals.Availability for inter-regional and international travel 40%Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this role.
Preferred
Experience and Knowledge of ESG, Emissions and/or Atmospheric Sciences.Experience on Software sales and reoccurring revenue models.Oil & Gas experience.
