About the Role: As a Product Management intern, you will play a crucial role in maturing PTC's SaaS platform. You will collaborate with product managers, user experience designers, and development leads across multiple product segments, as well as customer support teams. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing functional requirements for internal teams managing SaaS products and supporting customers. Additionally, you will gain exposure to PTC's SaaS ecosystem and support other key initiatives as time allows.
Responsibilities:
· Establish functional requirements for PTC teams who support customers on the SaaS platform by defining problems, conducting market research, leading internal brainstorming sessions, and interviewing team members across multiple functions.
· Champion execution plans for various initiatives, including automating commercial fulfillment of specific products and conducting gap analyses.
· Present necessary changes to product segments and cross-functional team leaders.
Qualifications and Requisite Skills:
· Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
· Basic understanding of B2B SaaS software.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
