Role: Product Management Lead Target Level: Principal or Senior Principal or Director
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced consulting professional with product management expertise and depth.
You will be responsible for driving consistent approaches and best practices across our organization and building competencies and upskilling product operating model experts who help our clients accelerate value realization.
What You'll Do Develop and enhance a Product Management Capability that fosters strong collaboration and cross-functional alignment.
Streamline our approach and offerings across the entire product lifecycle-from strategy and innovation, through discovery and delivery, to commercialization and customer success-focusing on value realization.
Develop and curate a repository of knowledge, best practices, frameworks, and tools for product management.
Manage $1M-$5M+ in sales with active pipeline of client opportunities.
Nurture a high-performing community of product management experts with competency development and learning.
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across different teams and departments within the organization.
Work closely with capability leaders to drive synergies and maximize overall value for our clients.
Be a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership in product management.
Operate as a sales engineer and subject matter expert (SME) in client deliveries Collaborate with the sales teams to develop proposals, presentations, and other materials to showcase the Slalom's capabilities and value proposition.
Publish articles, white papers, and thought leadership pieces to establish the company's reputation as a leader in product management.
What You'll Bring Extensive experience (10+ years) in product management, preferably in a consulting or advisory role.
Subject matter expertise in product strategy, data, and/or AI products.
Experience managing hardware and software products.
Previously responsible for a sales target of $1 - $2.5M+ with active pipeline of client opportunities Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
Strong business acumen and client-centric approach.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
Professional certifications in product management (e.g., Certified Product Manager, Agile Product Owner) are desirable.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary range for Principal is $122,000 to $225,000 and the target base salary pay range is $160,000 to $185,000.
The base salary range for Senior Principal is $140,000 to $258,000 and the target base salary pay range is $185,000 to $210,000.
The base salary range for Director is $161,000 to $307,000 and the target base salary pay range is $215,000 to $230,000.
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
