The TIL (Tooling, Integrations, & Labs) team at Spotify supports the Advertising Business Development & Partnerships team by developing and innovating strategic partner integrations, partner-enabled advertising products, and creative tools.
We seek a Product Manager for our Creative Tooling suite, responsible for defining, developing, and delivering tools that streamline workflows. You will translate business needs and user insights into product features that enhance the efficiency of our advertising, creative, and sales teams. Collaboration with the Engineering Manager is key to ensuring development aligns with technical capabilities and timelines. You will prioritize features, manage the product life cycle, and coordinate implementation.
Your role includes driving user adoption by creating educational materials with marketing and training teams and monitoring product performance to guide improvements. Staying informed on industry trends, you will help to keep our tools innovative.

\nThe United States base range for this position is $112,298.00 - $160,425.00 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process. Placement in a level depends on relevant work history and interview performance. These ranges may be modified in the future.
