Role Description
We are looking for a Product Manager, B-SLA to join our Broadband BU and sales team. You will be responsible for overseeing all strategic activity for CableOS SLA product by understanding customer need and building plans to gain a strong market position. You will own and maintain CableOS Service Level Plans (SLPs), monitor renewal activity, develop marketing plans used by sales, and work with customers and market research teams to create compelling product alignment with changing markets. You will maintain key relationships with internal and external customers. You will report to the Sr. Director, Cloud Services and will be based in the US.

What You Will Be Doing
Developing specific marketing plans and activities for SLA product line to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
Developing business plans and product positioning in the marketplace.
Overseeing market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifing customer needs.
Managing and maintaining relevant competitive analysis data.
Managing the expectations of executive management for key projects and initiatives by setting clear goals, providing KPI data to support product performance, and managing expectations regularly.
Demonstrating excellent customer service management skills by establishing and maintaining relationships with internal & external customers.
Demonstrating the ability or have experience developing, implementing, and monitoring complex processes.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Harmonic's product portfolio.
Establishing pricing strategies and monitoring product margins.
Overseeing SLA sales strategy through engagement with Sales and Partners.
Overcoming objections and adjusting quotations as the need arises to ensure the best solution is presented to the customer.
Selling the benefits of timely renewals and multi-year contracts.
Collaborating with Sales and Partnering on sales strategies to drive the renewal rate.
Traveling to support customer visits and engagements as needed.
Maintaining and developing Sales & Marketing collaterals.
Interacting directly with customers in coordination with Sales Account Manager to improve accuracy of quotes.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Should Have
BS in Business, Computer Science, or Equivalent.
2-5 years in a marketing/product /business development role.
Ability to function independently or in a team environment
Fluency in English
Fluency in Spanish
Strong attention to detail, especially when multi-tasking.
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Experience using business math (pricing, discounts, etc.)
Past success in organizing teams or complex processes.
Proven experience with MS Office and CRM systems such as SFDC.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to produce results in high pressure situations.

Pay & Benefits
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $105,000 - $120,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, location and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
