Your Impact We are looking for an experienced product manager to join our Core Loans team at Goldman Sachs, who will create and leverage close relationships with our users and engineering teams in solving complex problems facing our firm wide loans teams.

Our team of product managers work closely with creatives and researchers through our design teams and are fortunate to have many experienced fintech engineers to help architect and develop technologies.
We are responsible for guiding products throughout all stages of the product's lifecycle, including research, pitching, scoping, delivering, promoting, and tailoring solutions to our clients.
How will you fulfill your potential? You will be an experienced and seasoned product manager, working cross-functionally to guide products from conception through launch, growth and maturity by connecting the technical and business worlds to meet our customers at their needs.
You will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development and release adopting the principals of growth from MVP, including:
Leverage data and establish feedback loops with engineering, operations for deeper understanding of current pain points and/or limitationsDefine and iterate Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that aligns to business unit, divisional and firm OKRs and strategic prioritiesCurate initiatives, epic and user stories to form an executable delivery backlogRefine user and technical stories with developers and validate that requirements deliver on expectations through product testing and user journeysPrioritize a product backlog, using domain expertise, customer insights and market research to make informed trade-offs on new feature developmentAsses value, develop cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategyBuild consensus with a broad team of internal cross-functional and external stakeholders, ensuring all viewpoints are accounted for and that solutions meet all necessary requirementsCollaborate with other internal and external product owners and diverse cross-functional teams to ensure cohesiveness of the overall product experienceDevelop an organized roadmap working closely with the extended product team (user group, engineering, operations) and key stakeholders solving for user behaviorArticulate and define both the analytics requirements and the sequencing of a roadmap down to a single sprintAct as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product for the delivery teamCreate and maintain a safe environment with an emphasis on transparency, collaboration, and problem solving

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience creating technical solutions to address customer problems5 years of product management experience, including experience driving the product vision, design, and go-to-market strategyProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authorityDemonstrated success defining and launching customer centric productsDemonstrated ability to communicate complex problems and technical architectures to all stakeholdersDemonstrated success collaborating with design, operational, and engineering peers in leading a product development team Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, user experience, user research, sales, trading, treasury, customer support or marketingExperience delivering with BDD (behavior driven development)Experience developing with Google cloud platform
