In our quest to revolutionize the world's infrastructure, we're seeking a dynamic Product Manager Damper Actuators to join our Buildings team in Buffalo Grove, IL.
Role Description:
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by understanding applications and sales channels, working closely with sales and customers
Steer R&D to create competitive products while keeping challenging timelines
Work with sales, customers, and marketing to help define product marketing and go-to-market strategies
Manage products along the lifecycle incl. phase-out, positioning, and pricing decisions

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of experience in Global Product Management, ideally with HVAC products
Mission-driven, seeking to make a difference, and enjoying also difficult tasks in non-perfect conditions
Ideally experienced in design thinking and agile processes
Structured and organized
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred or relevant business or technical experience
Challenging the status quo, i. e. looking for holistic improvement potential and thinking beyond the own job description and tasks
Builder with strong self-starting drive
Team player, being constructive, good at negotiating, and seeking agreements
Outgoing, good at interacting with customers, sales, and R&D
Strong business sense and customer centricity
Someone who prioritizes learning, growing, and making progress

The pay range for this position is $98,980 - $169,680. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
