Position Summary

In this role, you will be working with HR business users on the development of products for our ServiceNow analytics platform that will enhance employee engagement, streamline operations, and foster a connected and productive work environment.
You will lead the development and enhancement of digital products or services, conduct market research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, design user experience and oversee the product development lifecycle.
You will also apply your expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital products, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.
You will be Responsible for:

Ensuring the efficient management, prioritization, and delivery of the digital product roadmap to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry

Developing technology and product roadmaps to provide visibility of risk and improvement options to maintain a proactive attitude among the digital product team

Establishing ideas that co-exist with existing technology and products while maintaining compliance with the organization's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards

Conducting the most complex analyzing of qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization

Establishing targets for success while constantly reviewing analytics, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs

Conferring with Marketing, Content Strategy, and PR teams on planning and executing successful deployment and launch of new products and services.
Driving continuous and cross-communication across functional units and stakeholder groups, establishing relationships with collaborators at every organizational level

Assessing product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation

Developing the annual budget needed to address digital product needs for the company while contributing to the company's overall revenue and profitability targets

This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our Chicago, IL; Woonsocket, RI or Hartford, CT offices.
Required Qualifications

4+ years of Product Management experience (including writing user stories and developing roadmaps)

3+ years' experience working with Data and Analytics

2+ years' experience with ServiceNow

2+ years' experience with HRDS or ITSM

Adept at collaboration and teamwork

Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred

Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree required

Master's degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$101,970.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
