Opportunity at a Glance The Product Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of products and solutions for Chamberlain University's product portfolio, with a primary focus on nursing and behavioral health.
Working closely with colleagues in other areas across the university, this position supports the identification and execution of key product features that enable business imperatives and provide tangible solutions that positively impact Chamberlain's performance.
This position will also support the go-to-market strategy, ensuring adoption of product deliverables to fulfill business objectives.
Leads the implementation of the product strategic roadmap. Works closely with institutional business stakeholders and SMEs to identify, drive, and coordinate the conceptualization, design, and development of product solutions that meet program needs and drive success. Partners with appropriate cross-functional leaders and teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule, on budget and, on target. Anticipates product issues proactively and offers ideas and approaches to adoption of deliverables and solutions to identified strategic needs. Collaborates with the product marketing team to implement positioning strategies of products within Chamberlain's product portfolios, aligning with the go-to-market strategy. Support Chamberlain offers (e.g., scholarships and grants) process, including management of new offer proposals, financial management and evalulation of offers, and reporting out to relevant teams on offers. Helps directs the work of external business partners on issues impacting the development and delivery of the product. Helps evaluate and review funding of product initiatives. Completes other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
5 or more years of product management, product marketing, or related experience required.
Knowledge of adult, online higher education market, nursing, or behavioral health industry preferred.
Experience in leading product strategy and roadmap development
Proven ability to collaborate successfully with all organizational functions and levels with emphasis on building strong, productive relationships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability in managing complex issues, preferably in a dynamic, high-pressure culture, with diplomacy and enthusiasm.
Ability to work effectively with and influence internal and external customers and at all levels in an organization.
A high degree of creativity, personal integrity, and strong work ethic.
Additional Information
_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $68637.22 and $124230.14.
Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
