Role Overview
Impiricus is searching for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our cutting-edge products designed for pharmaceutical companies to connect more effectively with physicians.
This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our solutions, ensuring they exceed the expectations of our clients and contribute positively to the healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities Product Operations: Oversee the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently Strategy & Vision: Craft and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with our mission to revolutionize healthcare communications Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams through the agile development process, ensuring the timely delivery of features that meet the high-quality standards our clients expect Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders across the company, including tech, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure product objectives are achieved Partner closely with product and company leadership to translate the Impiricus vision into productionalized and commercialized product offerings Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary advocate for our clients within the organization, ensuring their feedback and needs are central to the product development process Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field 2+ years of product management experience, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries Demonstrated success in launching and growing innovative products, with a strong understanding of the healthcare or pharmaceutical landscapes Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills, capable of leading diverse teams and engaging with senior stakeholders Proficiency in agile development methodologies and experience working closely with technical teams to bring digital products to market Benefits Competitive salary, and benefits package, equity options, including a healthcare reimbursement plans, 401K retirement plan, unlimited PTO with expectations to take the time, work/life balance, spectacular office location with outstanding amenities, fun company events and more!
