Product Manager Local to Framingham, MA (1.5 hours away, go in office 1x a month) 12+ months Required:
Retail industry experience Systems Integration (integrating 2 systems) Jira & Confluence Description:
This role collaborates with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, and develops the Program Vision, Roadmap, and Features required to meet these needs including assurance that business needs cascade down to the team level.
A PM is responsible for the feature product backlog and serves as the ultimate product authority approving PI/TI and Iteration objectives.
Integrating tools such as WorkJam, Reflexis and ThinkTime with Kronos WFM.
General Description:
Owner of creating, managing & prioritizing product features, using a backlog, including experience in serving as the ultimate authority; agrees upon DoD & supports the flow of work at the Program layer Key owner & driver of strategic themes & roadmap for the Product lifecycle including ability to guide the product through the lifecycle states including creating & management of rolling wave plans Owns outlining & prioritizing enabler work including ensuring work is understood & execution coincides with business value work Ensures Program risks are identified and handled Identifies, tracks & handles appropriate feature metrics including tracking feature progress & areas for improvement Responsible in identifying customers and stakeholders including advanced skills with client/stakeholder management both internal & external.
This includes representing their business value needs & validation of proposed solutions and creating a product vision
