Job Title: Product Manager Position Type: Right to Hire Duration: 12 Months Pay range $62.04 - 73.72/hr Location: Framingham, MA About the Role: As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our innovative products.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Your expertise in product strategy, market analysis, and stakeholder management will be instrumental in ensuring our products deliver exceptional value. Key Responsibilities: Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalities based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes.
Analyze market data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for growth. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.)
to define product requirements, create user stories, and oversee the development process.
Ensure that products meet quality standards, performance metrics, and customer expectations. Product Launch and Go-to-Market: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer acquisition. Product Management: Manage the product lifecycle, including post-launch optimization, feature enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
Gather customer feedback and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and vendors.
Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.
). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
