The Product Manager is responsible for the planning and overseeing of the entire lifecycle of specific LSA existing products and new products. The Product Manager will focus on gathering customer requirements and market trends. The Product Manager will develop recommendations and strategies for product improvements or for creating new products & services.
\n ResponsibilitiesMaintain expertise in understanding LSA's products, clients, and competitors. Make recommendations on what areas of the business to improve based on this expertise. This includes understanding how KPIs affect product quality. Utilize various databases to compile, filter, organize, and present data so that information can be easily absorbed regarding product performance. Make recommendations based on data-driven observations. Collaborate with different individuals in the company to spearhead the definition, planning and implementation of multiple product improvement initiatives.Assist executives with the process of developing a vision and strategic roadmap for LSA products. Maintain and prioritize backlog items for product improvement initiatives.Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, create business cases, create and maintain standard operating procedures.Proactively and efficiently resolve concerns while navigating organizational dynamics. Represent LSA effectively to both internal and external stakeholders, including presentations and giving direction where needed.Performs other duties as assigned.
