Job Summary:
As a Fintech Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's product strategy and driving the development of innovative and successful products that meet market needs, generate growth, and enhance customer experience and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring products to market effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Define Product Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to define the overall fintech product strategy, aligning business objectives with market needs and customer expectations. Product Research and Development: Conduct market research and data analysis to identify opportunities for new or improved products, understand customer needs and preferences, and develop strategies to address them. Product Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes development initiatives, sets timelines, and allocates resources. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch, ensuring a seamless and satisfying user experience. Data Analytics and Metrics: Collect, analyze, and interpret product usage data to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future development decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the fintech industry. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile development methodologies.
