Seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of a Consumer Marketing Data Product.
This role involves overseeing the development, optimization, and standardization of a data product that leverages consumer data to build audiences for marketing, personalize experiences, and optimize response rates.

Responsibilities: Build the vision and drive the roadmap for the next generation consumer data platform.
Own data pipeline features which enable our partners to easily ingest, import and export data from/to other platforms and systems.
Partner closely with stakeholders to integrate all user data and activities into a central platform.
Partner closely with product and engineering teams to build innovative data systems and provide our data analysts, data scientists, marketers and business teams with accurate and actionable insights. Interface heavily with data engineers and developers working through building out a data pipeline - connecting to data sources and data streams who are building out a data product that is focused on marketing data - aggregating consumer information into a single source and doing standardization of the data then leveraging this for more targeting marketing Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience Product management experience working with a delivery team Familiarity with agile - they will be managing 1-2 tech pods Work with data pipelines before Data experience is important - marketing experience would be nice but data is most important Email channel marketing, etc. Experience working with real time streaming events would be great Great communication skills - will be collaborating with many key stakeholders
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
