Responsibilities
• Envisioning solutions: taking ownership of product(s) and ensuring delivery of solutions that solve key problems for both sides of the marketplace• Obsessing over users: gathering input from staff and participants, analyzing data and user feedback to iterate on product features• Executing product strategy: working with other product managers, engineers, and UX resources to execute product strategy• Evangelizing products: representing work and product with clear communication
Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years agile software product management experience• Experience as a product manager for a SaaS product preferred• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail• Highly collaborative and adaptable in cross-functional team environments• Passion for defining the future of work
Key Skills Needed
• Experience with SaaS products• Experience with marketplace business models• Experience with a startup or other fast-growth product• Knowledge of the staffing/recruiting industry• Experience with AI/Machine Learning a plus
