Role Overview: The Product Manager will take ownership of all security services solutions, working across departments to ensure successful product positioning, marketing, and growth. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, and strong business acumen to support sales efforts, drive product research, and enhance market positioning. 
\n Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Lifecycle Management: Define and own the product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with business goals and ensuring each product within the security services portfolio meets market demands. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, assess customer needs, and benchmark against competitor products. Leverage this knowledge to inform product development and improvement. Product Marketing and Positioning: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans, positioning strategies, and messaging for each security service solution. Ensure a consistent, compelling brand message across all marketing channels. Sales Enablement and Training: Equip sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and training they need to sell security solutions effectively. Develop sales enablement materials such as product guides, demos, FAQs, and competitive comparisons. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer success, marketing, and sales to deliver a cohesive product experience. Act as the liaison between these teams to ensure product goals are aligned. Customer Feedback and Product Iteration: Actively gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements, ensuring the product evolves to meet changing customer and market demands. Pricing and Profitability: Oversee pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.  Product Offering Ownership: Deeply understand each product line and every aspect of how each service is delivered. Maintain product definitions and communicate changes to internal and external stakeholders. Platform Expertise: Closely collaborate with the Technical Product Owner and the development teams to stay aligned with how the customer-facing portal delivers each product line's user experience. Business Case Creation: Develop business case presentations for potential new product opportunities. Service Delivery Collaboration: Work closely with the Service Delivery operations teams to align the product experience through the entire product lifecycle.  QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field encouraged; experience in cybersecurity or technology is a plus. 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally within cybersecurity or MSSP environments. Experience going through a product's lifecycle, integrating customer feedback, driving prioritization and communicating with stakeholders through the process. Experience with product marketing, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies in a B2B context. Proven track record of cross-functional team leadership and collaboration. Demonstrated success in developing relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis to assess market opportunities and track product performance. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of competitive analysis tools, CRM software (such as Salesforce), and development software such as Jira. Proven track record of successful product/service launches. Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving cybersecurity environment
