As the sole Product Manager, you'll be critical in defining and shaping our product's journey. Working closely with the CEO, you'll be responsible for understanding and prioritizing customer needs, translating them into product requirements, and managing the product development pipeline.
This includes conducting user research, developing a deep understanding of market trends, defining and prioritizing features, coordinating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales), and ensuring seamless product launches. You'll also maintain and analyze product metrics to continually refine and improve the product experience.
In this role, you'll be the CEO's strategic partner, directly collaborating to shape product strategy and vision. This means long hours and occasionally unrecognized efforts to overcome challenging product hurdles and deliver results. Your work will be instrumental in building and scaling the product—and ultimately, the company's success.

Help Set the Big Goals: Help figure out the long-term plan and strategy for the product, what they want it to do and how it should help customers. They make sure it matches the company's goals.Learn What Customers Want: They talk to customers, ask questions, and research what people need and want. This helps them build features that actually help customers solve problems.Create a Plan (or Roadmap): They plan what will be built and when based on what's most important for customers and the company.Choose Features to Build: They decide on the specific features the product should have and prioritize the ones that are the most useful or needed.Work with Different Teams: Product managers don't build the product alone. They work with engineers (who code), designers (who make it look good), sales (who sell it), and customer support (who help customers) to make everything come together.Make It Easy to Use: They ensure the product is simple and fun to use by working with designers to create a smooth user experience.Launch and Track Success: When a new feature or update is ready, they help launch it, track how well it's doing, and see if customers like it by checking numbers and feedback.Help with Customer Feedback: They talk to the customer support team about issues people are having so they can keep improving the product.Keep an Eye on Competitors: They look at what similar products are doing so their product stays unique and competitive.Manage the minutia: Make sure there is a velocity between PM, engineering, and customer feedback. This role will require in-person whiteboard sessions. Some last-minute travel sessions to visit customers may pop up.
