Your Contribution:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of CGM's software products.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
Your role will involve defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful launch and ongoing improvement of our software offerings.
For this specific role we are seeking a candidate who has sufficient technical knowledge that enables them to effectively communicate with our technical teams (especially in relation to connectivity, such as HL7 and FHIR).
The candidate will also effectively translate complex regulatory requirements into business requirements and help set the prioritizations of those requirements across product lines.
* Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
* Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions.
* Requirement Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
* Project Management: Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Track progress, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features.
* Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, insights, and performance metrics to executive management and other stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
* Product Training: Develop and conduct training sessions for sales and support teams to ensure they understand product features and can effectively communicate value to customers.
Your Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles in healthcare technology.
* Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
* Proven ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Sharepoint)
