Reports to the Director of Product
\n Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the collaboration with the director of product on the product vision, product project plans and product specifications to bring high-quality product features and enhancements to lifeResponsible for the product's user experience and feature set development planning and communicationProactively act as Product Evangelist to build awareness of product areas within the organizationCommunicate complex customer and business needs in written specifications, business rules, flows and use casesPartner closely with engineering to craft usable user experiences and working solutionsUnderstand our customer and business needs and translate that knowledge into continuous product enhancements possibilitiesIdentify and analyze data and customer feedback/research to define problems, measure results, and prioritize competing opportunitiesWork with engineering to slice user stories into incremental chunks with agreed upon acceptance criteriaAnticipate bottlenecks and coordinate with technology teams to help prioritize the backlog and work-in-progress to best meet business needs, taking technical constraints and long term technical and product direction into accountCollaborate with the Director of Product, Product Managers, and Team Leads to continually execute against the product roadmapHelp to perform product acceptance testing, working with quality assurance, engineers and customersDrives forward zero to one product launches and assists in go to market strategy. Knowledge and Skills5+ years of software product or project management experience in SaaS, or similar amount of experience in a highly relevant positions, preferably Legal or Legal TechStrong knowledge and experience of software development methodologies and working within a software development life cycleAbility to bring creative problem solving and an innovative mindset to challengesAbility to adapt and remain flexible to changing priorities and consider new ideas while having the business's success firmly in your focusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skillsData-driven decision makerExperienced with Agile/lean Delivery frameworksA passion for driving efficiency and quality metrics Education B.S. or M.S. in business, accounting, engineering, computer science, information systems, a related field; comparable certifications; or equivalent direct work experience
