Description:
Hybrid 2 days in
the office per week Support of field testing may be required each time
that we launch new campaign functionality so driving may be required at
times.
The Technical
Product Technologist is a multidisciplinary resource and leader in a team
that advances technology and innovation to deliver profitable growth,
Improve speed to market, and Manage cost, in the area of Network
Enablers/APIs.
The successful
candidate will collaborate with the TPD leadership as well as with
internal and external teams to drive business objectives for the
organization and company.
The technologist
must be an innovative technical thought leader, work with initiative,
specifically expected to: Drive API strategy and commercialization
Development of
API based network profile requirements
Slicing
discovery and recommendations for future functionality
Understanding
and influencing future network roadmaps
Map SA and
slicing roadmaps to PoV targeting
Understand
commercial tradeoffs of API performance functions and data and
cannibalization of current revenue
Customer
requirements gathering for new network profiles
Be customer
centric
Drive all
actions with the end customer/user in mind
Be capable of
eliciting requirements from customers, analyzing and identifying where client's
Network can solve pain points and/or deliver extra value.
Create
requirements based on customer needs and develop, define and document
end-to-end architectures and specifications to scale use cases that
require network enablers / APIs
Be capable of
identifying opportunities/patterns that repeat across customers and can
scale.
Research & evaluate 3rd party suppliers for E2E technology
solutions.
Identification
and quantification of customer KPIs linked to customer pain points or
missing value that can be addressed by the network, as well as how much
can the network improve the KPIs
Evaluation of
the impact and implications to the partner stack from using each network
enablers, in terms of functional changes derived from using APIs and
associated TCO Drive adoption:
Build strong
relationships across a network of internal and external collaborators with
the intention of driving scalable and sustainable solutions Make
recommendations and build consensus
Communicate to
key stakeholders and gain consensus that the specifications meet the
technical requirements and business expectations.
Be process
effective
Understand the
technical product life cycle
Create SOWs
(Statement of Work) to drive solutions with suppliers
Ensure technical
and relevant business compliance
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's
degree (preferable in both technical and business)
Strong knowledge
of network technology (specially on performance and security/identity) and
business management
Strong
interpersonal, communications and presentations skills
Experience in
product life cycle management from concept to launch including the
delivery of: requirements for distributed systems, high level design
documents, testing methodology and customer feedback
Strong
demonstrated capability to lead a technical matrix team to a common goal
Even better if you have:
Proven
experience driving roadmaps from inception to completion past the revenue
line
