For more information, please visit: https://spin.ai As a Product Manager for our cybersecurity company, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our cybersecurity solutions, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements. Your primary objective will be to understand market needs, define product strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective cybersecurity products that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
\n Duties:Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities and define the product roadmap.Collaborate with the executive team to prioritize features, releases, and investment areas.Requirements Gathering and Definition: Work closely with customers, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.Translate customer requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure the feasibility and usability of product features.Product Development and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, quality assurance, and operations, to develop and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.Conduct regular product reviews, track progress, and address any issues or obstacles that arise during the development cycle.Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.Conduct competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and inform product positioning and pricing strategies.Monitor customer feedback and market demands to continuously improve and evolve the product offerings.Product Launch and Go-to-Market: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement materials.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product collateral, sales tools, and training programs.Support product launches, including conducting product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions.Product Performance and Optimization: Monitor product performance and key metrics, analyze user feedback, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.Collaborate with customer success teams to gather customer insights, track product usage, and gather feedback for future iterations.Work with engineering teams to prioritize and address bug fixes, enhancements, and feature requests. Your Experience:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA preferred.Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the Cybersecurity industry tailored towards Posture Management.Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and market trends.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.Strong customer focus and ability to gather and analyze customer feedback and market research.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management best practices.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.Familiarity with product management tools and technologies.Strong business acumen and ability to balance technical considerations with market and business requirements.
