Overview:
Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, Productivity Solutions work closely with Digital Workplace Engineering, partner groups, and business stakeholders to innovate, conceptualize, design, and pilot new capabilities to deliver a first-class modern digital workplace experience.
As a Product Specialist passionate about the employee digital experience, you will be responsible for managing and executing the vision of the products within your purview and ensuring they follow the firm's technology policy and standards.
You will be accountable for the design and execution of product strategy and be ingrained in the entire product lifecycle.
A mid-career product evangelist or technology project/product manager with a track record of identifying business needs and transforming them into scalable solutions will do well on this team.
We are looking for a hybrid technologist.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with technology lifecycles, IT platform administration, and change management.
Candidates should have previous experience managing SaaS environments and services.
Possessing technical writing strengths, and presentation skills coupled with experience on the technical administration side is a plus.
Managing digital technology requires constant learning and upskilling.
Candidates should be self-starters with a teachable personality.
You will Champion the Digital Solutions and M365 roadmap; build alignment of vision across BlackRock users, clients, and industry partners to drive utility, adoption, and impact.
Define stories, build, and prioritize the backlogs for assigned products to unlock value to our business users quickly and securely.
Build and execute project plans.
Templatize and apply lessons learned into scalable solutions.
Work with your product peers, squad members, and engineering leads to prioritize and coordinate projects and tasks.
Work with vendors and third parties to escalate issues, and petition for feature and enhancement requests.
Provide technical and process support and guidance where appropriate.
Lead technical implementation efforts for M365 products and Miro, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, product roadmaps, and user-facing documentation.
Conduct technical training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.
You have: Experience interacting with product stakeholders, including end-users and software developers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and communicate up and down the organization.
Proficient ability to create technical documentation, product roadmaps, and user-facing documentation.
Subject-Matter Expertise in one or more of the following products: Microsoft 365, Aha!, Airtable, Box, ClauseMatch, DocuSign, MIRO, NetDocuments, ShareGate, Signavio, SmartSheet.
Mid-level to Super User experience with M365 products, namely SharePoint, Teams, and the Power Platform.
2-4 years of experience in a technology operational, implementation, or product management role.
Experience in SaaS technology administration and change management is highly desirable.
Strong working knowledge of agile frameworks.
Proven experience in technical implementation and integration of M365 products and Miro Benefits: English Class.
