About the Role
The Eightfold product marketing team is looking for a talented and passionate product marketer to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for several strategic and fast-growing product lines.
This role will be responsible for using market research and insight to influence product roadmap and creating compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and differentiates Eightfold in the market. This individual will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and associated GTM enablement to ensure our customer-facing teams are informed and set up for success
Responsibilities:
Drive the creation of sales enablement materials, including presentations, and sales collateral, to support the sales team in their efforts.
Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for eightfold.ai products.
Participate in the creation and delivery of webinars, external presentations, roundtables, and public events.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
Partner with product management to influence product roadmap decisions based on market insights and customer feedback.
Develop customer personas and use cases to inform product messaging, targeting, and positioning.
Track and measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and iterate based on insights and data.
Help lead and support functional marketing initiatives such as industry events, internal training and kick-offs, and additional initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the (SaaS) or HR technology industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for B2B products.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling.
Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

*Please note this role is open to Zone B only which is all US locations outside of the SF Bay Area and NYC and categorized as remote. The base salary range below is provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zones are determined by location.
Zone B: Base Salary Range: $140,250 to $210,000
