Yardzen is seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Product Marketing Manager. Serving as a bridge between product, marketing, and technology, this person will be responsible for strategic initiatives aimed at increasing conversion throughout the funnel. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a proven ability to ideate and execute data-driven, revenue-focused product marketing strategies.
\n Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with marketing to create and execute acquisition strategies that drive explosive growthDevelop and own a data-driven product roadmap, working with the technology and marketing teams to bring it to lifeConduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and identify market opportunitiesContinuously run rigorous website testing to optimize key user touchpoints to maximize conversion throughout the funnelAnalyze user behavior and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunitiesDevelop compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiencesOversee website updates in support of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including webpage developmentProactively share insights across the company to achieve cross-functional alignment Qualifications:5+ years of experience in growth-oriented product marketing in the consumer sectorDeep understanding of market research techniques and data analysisExtensive experience with website testing and data analysisExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.Familiarity with website management systems (WordPress preferred)Exceptional ROI skills - ability to track what is working, and what isn'tCustomer-centric mindset - always considering how our product solves problems, or delivers value from a user's perspective. \n$120,000 - $150,000 a year
