Pure Storage is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Pure Platform marketing team. The Pure Platform provides an industry-leading strategy to drive transformative value for customers and partners, built on the industry's most reliable and consistent storage solution.
In this role, you will help drive the enablement and outreach initiatives that expand the reach and impact of the Pure Storage Platform. Working closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams, you'll contribute to efforts that increase platform visibility and engagement. You will also work with Product Marketing and Campaign teams to support marketing initiatives, developing positioning, messaging, and content that effectively communicate the platform's ongoing value.
You will play a key role within the platform team by supporting the development and maintenance of core content and assisting with product launches, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market activities. Your efforts will ensure compelling activities and materials are in place to drive the platform's continued success.

Messaging and Positioning:Assist in developing messaging and positioning for the Pure Storage Platform.
Content Development: Help create and maintain content needed for product launches, partner and sales outreach, and GTM initiatives, supporting teams with accurate and compelling materials.
Enablement:Actively engage with Enablement and Product Marketing teams to ensure the Platform continues to have a strong, far-reaching influence.
Subject Matter Support:Build knowledge of the Pure Platform to become a trusted resource on its features and benefits.
Advocacy: Serve as an enthusiastic representative of Pure Storage and the platform, both internally and externally.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Messaging, Storytelling, and Content Creation Skills:Experience or coursework in messaging, positioning, and translating technical benefits into customer value.
Product Marketing Knowledge:Some experience or internship in product marketing, marketing, or solutions marketing, ideally within the technology sector.
Collaboration and Influencing Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, including product management and sales.
Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills; communicating clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders.
This role is based in Santa Clara, CA. It is office-centric, with an expectation of 4 days per week in the office, following Pure's Hybrid Work Policy.
The annual base salary range is: $145,000.00 – $218,000.00.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
