Sandata seeks a collaborative, creative, agile Product Marketing Manager to help tell our compelling and differentiating product stories to our various target audiences to drive success.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can quickly connect the dots between product market fit and customer needs to create interest, intrigue, and demand.
Responsibilities: Go-To-Market Strategies and Plans: Assist in developing and executing go-to market strategies and marketing plans for new and existing products, including positioning, messaging, and launch tactics. Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, engineering, and others as appropriate to align marketing strategies with product capabilities and business objectives. Marketing Materials & Sales Enablement: Create compelling marketing materials and sales enablement tools, including collateral, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers. Digital Marketing: Leverage digital channels to enhance product visibility and lead generation. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze market and campaign performance to refine strategies and report on key metrics. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective messaging. What you bring: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications. Minimum of three years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the homecare or healthcare industries. Experience navigating complex organizations, and a high level of comfort with fast-paced environments that involve a degree of ambiguity. Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in inter-departmental collaboration and communication in a virtual environment.
