Operating as a tech startup within a Fortune 100 company, we are leading a digital disruption that will redefine how people experience insurance.Digital Workforce Enablement (DWE) is looking for a Product Owner II to join its Workspace Engineeringplatform of products - specifically End Point Security. DWE provides vital products and services for our global workforce. We offer secure and efficient digital workspaces that allow easy access to applications and data, anytime from anywhere. The Product Ownerrepresentsthe customer and collaborates with stakeholders (business and technology), toidentifyand prioritize features and stories that meet customer needs and organizational goals. The Product Owner understands the customers` problems well and ensures that the squad/team works on the most valuable work. The Product Owner constantly communicates with stakeholders to make sure that there is a shared understanding of how the squad/team can deliver the highest value to the customer through the product perspective. The Product Owner also works with squads/teams, technologies, and architects in their portfolio to learn about the technologies and systems they support.Responsibilities:Collaborates to create product vision and alignment with strategic priorities with stakeholders. Contributes to the development of the portfolio vision. Communicates product and portfolio vision to their squad/team and other squads/teams outside their portfolio/functional area.With the squad,collaborativelyaccountable for developing and achieving product levelKPIs. Manages product(s) withmoderatedegree of strategy, scope, and complexity.Owns andmaintainsthe product backlog and is accountable for its contents and prioritization. Accountable for clear, actionable user stories.Sets priorities and activelyparticipatesin squad/team planning. Contributes to priorities for and activelyparticipatesin portfolio planning. Sets expectations with stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities.Participates in squad/team demos, retrospectives, and all other ceremonies.Works daily with the agile working group clarifying business requirements, removing roadblocks, constantly communicating, and supporting alignment around product strategy.Collaborates withIT and business leadership to align development and business goals and priorities while working with stakeholders and squad/team to remove roadblocks to execution.Monitors andmaintainsthe product health,supporting long-term product viability and efficiency, and balancing long andshort-termcosts withdesired outcomes.Analyzes and reports on feasibility, cost of delay ramifications, economies, or other aspects of planned or potential changes to the product. Understands regulatory, compliance, and other industry constraints on the product and prioritizes accordingly. Negotiates with internal and external squads/teams to ensure priorities are aligned across squads/teams both within and outside the portfolio.QualificationsKnowledge of advanced security solutions and security infrastructure technologies such as Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Private Access and CrowdstrikeExperience with enterprise scale infrastructure in endpoint security.Knowledge of technology concepts, strategies, and methodologies typically acquired through a Bachelor`s degree or in a technical or business discipline and a minimum of five years of experience in a practice-relevant domain. Able to depict and explain the importance of complex ideas,issuesand designs to varied audiences; educate SBU/department(s) on business vision and plan and the impact of change.Able to influence a diverse group of stakeholders; strong leadership skills.Able to make difficult and quick decisions daily.Strong problem solver withdemonstratedability to lead a team to push the solutions and progress.Demonstrated ability tooperatecollaboratively and builds consensus across multiple organizational boundariesAbout UsAt Liberty Mutual, our purpose is to help people embrace today and confidently pursue tomorrow.
