Salary Range: $120K-$125K/Annum
Job Description: Looking for Product Owner with 5-8+ Years of experience working as a PO in Large complex projects.
Responsibilities: Maintain backlog, current and future sprint boards.
Run sprint planning meetings and create Jira tickets with well-defined stories/scope.
Ensure resource capacity is properly being tracked, allocated and managed.
Handle communication between the Product and Customer Success teams.
Manage product roadmap, deadlines for projects/implementations and priority of tickets.
Help remove blockers by gathering requirements and additional information.
Ensure product work is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
Years of experience: 5 to 8 Years.
Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
At least 2+ years working in a scrum master, software product owner or software project manager role in an organization using agile development methodology.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a professional setting.
Proficient in managing resources and requirements for product enhancements, bug fixes and scaling projects.
Experience using Jira for project management.
Background in technical writing.
Certifications Needed: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Strong Payments SME with following areas of experience: Demonstrated Payments Experience developing retail payments platform and integrating industry digital Wallet platforms / schemes. Hands-on experience with payment tokenization UI/UX experience in a Telecom environment with use cases pertaining to payments and collections systems Experience integrating with retail payments and clearing / settlement platforms (Visa, MC, Client, RTP, ACH etc.)
Full cycle experience integrating payments platform to 3rd party network service providers (Visa, MC, Cybersource etc.
) Ability to lead payments engagements independently with little direction from client SMEs.
