Job Title: Product Owner - Mainframe Legacy Migration Location: USA Duration: Contract and Full Time Must-Have:
• Lead the end-to-end process of mainframe legacy migration projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Define and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap and ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations and deliver updates.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, specifically with mainframe legacy migrations.
• Strong understanding of mainframe technologies and modernization strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
