Job SummaryResponsible for defining, monitoring, and delivering the product roadmap, this role offers the chance to operate within a dynamic and professional environment.
You will be integral to exceptional teams crafting sophisticated enterprise solutions, including integrated systems, and apps that serve millions of users, from inception through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
As the central point of contact for our global teams, you will have a significant influence on the success of our company by using your English communication skills and your common sense.
Role and ResponsibilitiesWork closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, validate assumptions and provide demonstrations to gather feedback for continuous improvements.Conduct research and analysis, understand customer needs, user pain points and propose technology solutions that satisfy business challenges.Define business cases, user stories, high-level requirements, prioritize and monitor the product backlog to guide the product development.Ability to identify strategic needs, then breakdown and communicate tangible execution requirements to internal teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, quality assurance and maintenance to assure the successful implementation and operation of the product.Be accountable for championing the Product by coordinating the derivation of solutions to business needs while also handling feedback from engineering teams promptly and effectively.Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends and competitive landscape.Conduct ongoing product evaluations and user testing to identify opportunities for enhancements.Job RequirementsEducation: Candidates with related certifications from recognized organizations (Scrum Alliance, PMI…) are a plus.
Experience & Skills: At least 2 years of experience in a product owner role in the software development industry.
You know your job well and learn how to deal with demanding customers.Strong understanding of Supply Chain/Inventory/Purchasing Management in Retail or Manufacturing domains is a big plus.Demonstrating the ability to use requirement elicitation techniques, prioritization methodologies, and monitor requirements traceability are necessary.Good English communication skills are a must.Psychological understanding.Business mindset and ability to develop a vision for the direction of the product.Demonstrate the ability and willingness to continue to acquire new competencies and accept new challenges, as well as agility and flexibility to respond to changing priorities and needs.Critical thinker with creative problem-solving skills.Develop excellent customer relations, time management, organization, and a solid project management knowledge, such as planning, monitoring, and control skills.Technical background or experience working as a business analyst or UXUI designer is an advantage.BenefitsCompetitive Compensation: Competitive salary, bonuses, with monthly allowances.
