VARO's activities extend beyond our products; we serve our customers across Northwest Europe by producing and delivering high-quality energy products in combination with efficient logistics services.
We are looking for a Product & Quality Coordinator for our terminals, bunker locations, and service stations in the Netherlands, based in Geertruidenberg.
As a Product & Quality Coordinator at VARO Energy, you are a key link in ensuring product quality and optimizing our production processes. You collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities include:
Quality Management: Conduct daily quality controls and audits to ensure consistency and conformity of our instruments. Identify deviations and implement corrective measures as necessary.Product Analysis: Responsible for conducting product analyses and laboratory tests, preparing detailed reports to support production and quality goals.Process Optimization: Work with production and R&D teams to implement improvements in processes, continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and quality.Compliance and Regulation: Ensure that all products and processes comply with internal and external regulations, including ISO standards and other quality standards.Stakeholder Management: Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the quality and safety of our products.Minimum Requirements: A completed HBO or WO degree in (Analytical) Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or a related field.At least 3-5 years of experience as a technician or laboratory employee within a production environment, preferably in the chemical (oil and gas) or energy industry.Demonstrable leadership experience.Extensive knowledge of ISO and other relevant quality standards and certifications.Analytical skills and experience in reporting and data analysis.Must reside within a maximum radius of 100 km from Geertruidenberg or be willing to relocate.Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, both verbal and written.We offer a challenging job in the South Netherlands region with ample development opportunities within a dynamic organization with great colleagues.
