We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead our Product Security and DevSecOps initiatives.
In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the security and integrity of our products throughout the development lifecycle, while championing a culture of security-first thinking across our organization.
Role is Eligible for EIP Avenues Program
The Lead, IT Product Management works with relevant Humana stakeholders to create, prioritize, and manage product iteration backlogs.
Ensures final products meet IT and Humana standards and deliver maximum value to end-users.
Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Develop and execute the product roadmap for our security tools and DevSecOps platforms
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to integrate security best practices into our development processes
Define and track key security metrics to measure the effectiveness of our application security initiatives
Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies, and incorporate them into our strategy
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
Develop and maintain relationships with key security vendors and partners
Create and deliver executive-level presentations on security strategies and initiatives
Mentor product owners and foster a security-conscious culture across the organization

Required
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical experience
Skilled Background in Product Security
Experienced in DevSecOps/AppSec
Preferred Requirements
Related Security Certification(s)
Candidate in EST/CST timezones
Remote/WAH requirements:
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$123,800 - $170,400 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
