Global Track Warehouse seeks a dynamic and results-driven Product Specialist for our Agriculture product line.
This pivotal role supports our sales and operational initiatives and is integral to our business development activities.
You will be the face of our company to customers, requiring extensive travel and engagement with clients.
Your responsibilities include identifying potential business accounts, crafting and presenting compelling proposals, scheduling and attending client meetings, managing projects, and offering post-sale and warranty claims support.
Additionally, you will conduct detailed analyses of operations, business processes, and product lines to uncover opportunities for enhancing performance, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Support: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive company objectives and support business development.Client Engagement: Identify potential accounts, create and present proposals, schedule and attend meetings, and ensure customer satisfaction.Project and Post-Sale Management: Oversee projects from initiation to post-sales support, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.Warranty Management: Handle warranty claims, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.Operational Analysis: Analyze operations and product lines to identify opportunities for improvement.Industry Insight: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the Agriculture sector.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.Qualifications
Recent college graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in business, management, agriculture, or a related field preferred.Strong independent work capability and project management skills.Exceptional time management and communication skills.Willingness to travel extensively.Interest or background in the Agriculture industry is advantageous.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
