Responsibilities
• Guide customers through the transaction and offer advice based on their needs• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations• Manage and resolve customer inquiries• Build strong relationships with customers• Provide product guidance and stay up to date on industry trends• Maintain a positive environment• Ensure compliance with CRA guidelines• Handle cash accurately and manage inventory• Assist with other duties as assigned• Be 21 years of age and pass background checks
Requirements
• Experience in high volume retail or cannabis is a plus• Basic cannabis knowledge including products, strains, and consumption methods• Attention to detail and organizational skills• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities• Technical skills in seed to sale systems and METRC preferred• Experience with Dutchie is highly preferred• Math skills for basic calculations
