Production Admin Assistant

Job Description: Royalty Roofing is a leading exterior contractor in Northeast Ohio specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and doors. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our production department.
The Production Admin will be responsible for supporting our production department with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position will play a key role in ensuring that our projects run smoothly by assisting with permitting, reporting, and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities: Assist in obtaining permits for projects by liaising with local government agencies and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Pull and compile project reports to help track progress, timelines, and compliance. Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence. Support the production team with scheduling, coordinating deliveries, and managing subcontractor documentation. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Previous administrative experience in construction or a related industry is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
