Production Administrator

We are looking for a tech-savvy administrator to work full-time in our office in Swindon. You will be tasked with assisting and facilitating day-to-day production and office administration. You will be working with guests, customers, and clients, so you must be personable and professional, as well as, organised and dependable.
The role requires the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and changing tasks based on the needs of the production team and client feedback. Candidates should be comfortable taking on new responsibilities, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and responding to unforeseen challenges with a positive attitude. Flexibility and a proactive approach will be key.
A successful candidate must be able to work full-time from our Swindon office late afternoon/early evening on weekdays. Unfortunately, we are not accepting remote applications for this position.
Responsibilities: Contacting (usually by phone) podcast guests each day to touch base, take questions, address concerns and flag issues.
Running live Zoom calls with remote guests and troubleshooting issues to ensure a smooth live stream.
Organising and addressing customer emails to resolve or escalate issues and pass on important feedback to any relevant party.
Publishing, schedule live streams, and recorded content on a website and other 3rd party social media.
Work dynamically based on feedback.
Manage and maintain a merch store.
Coordinate internally by working closely with production and technical teams to ensure smooth operations during live broadcasts and content delivery.
Skills: Friendly and helpful demeanour with a customer-focused approach
Able to stay calm when issues arise and assist in troubleshooting
Able to direct people with clarity both verbally and in writing/messages
Comfortable with Zoom video conferencing software
Remaining organised to ensure tasks don't get forgotten or become unmanageable
A proactive and dependable approach, ensuring your work supports the company's endeavours
Time management skills and the ability to work to a schedule
Continuous Improvement and an eagerness to learn new tools and techniques as the role evolves in line with the business's needs and technology.
