Duties and Responsibilities:
The Production Worker is responsible for a variety of operations functions within the framework of company policies and procedures and in compliance of applicable regulations.
Select the proper jars, sleeves, and lids for each job batchEnsure all labels are centered and that top labels are securedEnsure paperwork matches the job batch and corresponds with the labels used for the job batchMaintain car protocols, jars stacked no more than 3 highCorrectly fill out production slips in a timely manner, ensure completed slips are received by the Production SupervisorCalibrate weighing scales for each job batch; ensure the scale has the capacity to measure the final jar weightMachine work - monitor and maintain the good working order of the machine, and its hoppers and droppers, to ensure jars are filled correctly and efficientlyBe able to assist in other departments when needed The Skills You Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalentManufacturing - 1-2 years
Salary Range: $16 to $17 Hourly
