Responsibilities
• Proper packaging, sealing, labeling, and stacking of finished products• Ensuring equipment cleanliness and sanitation in dryer areas• Performing regular case weight checks and knowledge of corrective actions• Maintaining machine operation during production• Effective communication at shift hand-off• Notifying supervisor or lead of problems• Stacking and labeling materials• Observing product quality and reporting problems• Other assigned duties
Requirements
• Basic reasoning and thinking skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects• Follow and adhere to standard operating procedures and safety requirements• Willingness to work weekends and overtime• Ability to lift 20 - 50 lbs continuously• Repetitive grasping, twisting, pulling, and pushing• Standing for the duration of shift• Working around loud equipment
