What the Role Is Babylist is looking for a Production Compliance Manager to ensure that all Owned Brands products meet stringent regulatory, safety, and quality standards. This requires an understanding of the regulatory landscape, a commitment to safety, and the ability to manage multiple products ranging from apparel to hard goods. This role will work with our third party compliance specialist to perform their job effectively. This role will also manage shipping compliance to ensure that all Owned Brands shipments are sent correctly to our warehouse.

Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. The estimated pay range for this role is $72,417.00 - $108,522.00 In addition, Babylist offers equity, bonus, and benefits, including company paid health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
