Production Coordinator- Fashion

Global womenswear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is seeking a talented Production Coordinator with relevant experience and skills to join our fast-paced team.
We are looking for a motivated candidate who is adaptable, flexible, and a self-starter in a team-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Understand the product creation process from development hand-off to production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving to ensure on time delivery per calendar
Partner with Product Development and Design team to troubleshoot issues that may arise during production with a focus towards resolution
Work with development team on maintaining PLM System
Follow up with vendors regarding samples to ensure timely arrival for fittings and key seasonal meetings
Update WIP and T&A based on production schedule
Daily communication with factories
Follow up with vendors throughout the production stages to ensure deadlines are being met
Coordinate shipping timelines and work alongside shipping team to ensure all products arrive on time
Monitor the production process from the first sample to final delivery
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years of apparel industry experience
Fluent in Korean is a plus
Proven experience with apparel/garment costing and vendor negotiation
Proven experience with sourcing, logistics, and production terminology
Strong leadership skills
Must be a team player
Must possess a positive and professional attitude
Must be flexible and adaptable
Strong organizational skills is a must
Other duties as assigned
