As a Production Coordinator, you will support all aspects of production including but not limited to coordinating with the production team daily, process parameters, safety, quality, finance, and production reporting.
Fill in for operations manager while absent and co-lead production meetings.
To optimize throughput and yield and manage consumable usage while meeting quality and safety parameters.
Validates and oversees compliance with key processes.
Responsibilities Take initiative for, exhibiting at fairs, dedicated commercial efforts and monitor O/T to meet financial goals (Interacts with operation production supervisors to efficiently meet production goals.
Plays a crucial role in streamlining and ensuring smooth operations within the mining plants.
Validates and oversees compliance with key processes identifying concerns within operations then providing feedback to the supervisor.
Maintains vigilant monitoring of regulatory and internal guidelines throughout the production process by identifying and correcting any deviations within operations.
Ensure all administrative duties concerning the production process are executed promptly and accurately.
Generate reports as needed.
Coordinate with maintenance to optimize uptime.
Lead continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equiv.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
